Cette porte, la mieux conservée de la ville qui en comptait huit, était autrefois précédée d'une barbacane et offre l'aspect d'une tour à gorge ouverte, fermée par deux vantaux. History
This gate, the best preserved of the town which had eight, was formerly preceded by a barbican and presents the appearance of a tower with open gorge, closed by two leaves. It had a machicoulis. In the 15th century, the gate was turned around to follow the evolution of the new village which had established itself towards the building in the valley.
