L'immeuble oppose deux façades sur la place, en trois étages superposées, complétées à l'angle par une tourelle en poivrière, percée d'ouvertures à fronton et terminée à la base par un cul-de-lampe cannelé. Les étages sont séparés par une triple corniche et percés de doubles fenêtres à meneaux de bois et aux moulurations de type Renaissance (pilastres à chapiteaux doriques, puis ioniques, et corinthiens au troisième étage). La base de la tour, entre le cul-de-lampe et la première fenêtre, est ornée d'une sculpture dans la pierre représentant l'Annonciation.

History
The building presents two façades on the square, in three superimposed storeys, completed at the angle by a pepper-pot turret, pierced with openings with pediments and terminated at the base by a fluted corbel. The storeys are separated by a triple cornice and pierced with double windows with wooden mullions and mouldings of Renaissance type (pilasters with Doric, then Ionic, and Corinthian capitals on the third storey). The base of the tower, between the corbel and the first window, is ornamented with a sculpture in stone representing the Annunciation.
