Historique

History
The vestiges of three naves suggest that this church was important in the 12th century. These and the bell tower were rebuilt in the modern period, of neo-Romanesque style. Of original construction subsist the three apses, the transept and the crossing which is surmounted by an eight-sided dome. The cornice of the central apse has its bevelled edge ornamented with a chequerboard. The corbels all present a different décor. Inside the central apse, five arcatures carried by four engaged columns support the cul de four. The engaged columns of the transept are of the 12th century.
