Avant la Révolution, la maison était associée à la chapelle de Louradou, bâtie par Jean Pouget de Carmarans, prieur de Cambon. Jean Pouget institua un collège de prêtres pour desservir sa chapelle, et fit bâtir cette maison pour les loger. La communauté existait encore au 18e siècle. Sur la porte de la maison, un écusson mentionne l'année 1569, mais cette pièce paraît avoir été rapportée. L'édifice semble plutôt voir été bâti au début du 16e siècle. A la Révolution, l'immeuble est vendu comme bien national. En 1956, la commune la reçoit en don. La maison comprend deux escaliers à vis en pierre.

History
Before the Revolution, the house was associated with the chapel of Louradou, built by Jean Pouget de Carmarans, prior of Cambon.
