Historique
Pont du début du 13e siècle, composé de trois arches en tiers point, l'arche centrale étant beaucoup plus large et haute que les deux autres, en prévision des crues rapides du Lot. Cette disposition donne une forte pente à la chaussée. Une quatrième arche basse franchit, au nord, la berge existant entre la rivière et les maisons du faubourg. Les parapets sont portés par des saillies formées par deux des trois arcs composant les arches. Les deux piles principales ont des avant-becs traingulaires formant, sur le tablier, des réduits de même forme servant de garage à la voie. Sur l'un de ces réduits, au sud-est, existe une croix en fer datée de 1728. La construction est entièrement en grès granitique rouge.

History
Bridge from the beginning of the 13th century, composed of three pointed arches, the central arch being much wider and higher than the other two, in anticipation of the rapid floods of the Lot. This arrangement gives a steep slope to the roadway. A fourth low arch crosses, to the north, the bank existing between the river and the houses of the suburb. The parapets are supported by projections formed by two of the three arcs composing the arches. The two main piers have triangular cutwaters forming, on the deck, recesses of the same shape serving as shelter for the roadway. On one of these recesses, to the south-east, there exists an iron cross dated 1728. The construction is entirely in red granitic sandstone.
