Historique
En 1070, l'église fut donnée à l'abbaye de Pébrac par Géraud d'Ussel. Lors de la division, en 1317, de l'évêché d'Auvergne, elle fut attribuée au diocèse de Saint-Flour. Il s'agit d'un petit édifice d'époque romane formé d'une nef de trois travées flanquées, à l'exception de celle de l'ouest, de bas-côtés, d'un choeur comprenant une travée droite et une abside en hémicycle. La première travée est la seule à ne pas posséder de bas-côtés et paraît avoir été ajoutée à la nef romane primitive. History
In 1070, the church was given to the abbey of Pébrac by Géraud d'Ussel. During the division, in 1317, of the bishopric of Auvergne, it was assigned to the diocese of Saint-Flour. It is a small edifice of Romanesque period formed of a nave of three bays flanked, with the exception of that to the west, by aisles, of a choir comprising a straight bay and an apse in hemicycle. The first bay is the only one not to have aisles and appears to have been added to the primitive Romanesque nave. The straight bay of the choir is surmounted by an octagonal dome whose departure squinches are in cul-de-four above a tablet. Externally, the bell tower slightly barlong rises above the dome. The storey of the bell tower is surmounted by a four-sided spire.
