Historique
Première mention du fief en 1484. Edifié au 15e siècle, ce château se composait d'une tour carrée flanquée de quatre tourelles en cul-de-lampe dont ne subsiste que la tourelle à l'angle nord. Le château se présente comme un bâtiment rectangulaire de deux niveaux au-dessus des sous-sols. Deux tours carrées s'encastrent dans les façades sud-est et nord-ouest. L'une contient les habitations ; l'autre, étant celle de l'entrée principale, contient un escalier à vis. Au troisième niveau de cette dernière se trouvent trois consoles de mâchicoulis pouvant correspondre au vestige défensif de la porte principal. Au flanc nord-est s'accole un bâtiment utilitaire d'un rez-de-chaussée (écurie, grange...) à l'extrémité duquel un second édifice formant aile en retour, comprend le logement du gardien et une chapelle (1843).

History
First mention of the fief in 1484. Built in the 15th century, this castle comprised a square tower flanked by four turrets on corbels, of which only the turret at the north corner remains. The castle presents itself as a rectangular building of two levels above the basements. Two square towers are set into the south-east and north-west façades. One contains the residential quarters; the other, being that of the main entrance, contains a spiral staircase. On the third level of the latter are three corbels for machicolations that may correspond to the defensive vestige of the main gate. On the north-east side is adjoined a utility building of one ground storey (stable, barn, etc.) at the end of which a second building forming a return wing comprises the keeper's lodging and a chapel (1843).
