History

Church composed of a Romanesque nave preceded by a porch, a transept flanked by chapels forming transepts and a 15th century choir with pentagonal apse. The nave was formerly covered with a barrel vault supported by two broken arches that have disappeared, of which only the columns remain, topped with capitals with baskets decorated with palmettes or fluting and whose bases also bear sculptural decoration. The transept was covered with rib vaults with formeret arches, alone surviving. On each side of the transept, a lateral chapel forming a transept opens by a chamfered pointed arch received on sculptural corbels (fox, dog, quadruped with human head, bearded mask). In each of these chapels is hollowed out a niche in basket handle shape topped with an inscription in Gothic characters.
