L'église était un prieuré qui dépendait de l'abbaye de Saint-Géraud d'Aurillac. Les religieux de Saint-Géraud la construisirent au 12e siècle. History
The church was a priory which depended on the abbey of Saint-Géraud d'Aurillac. The monks of Saint-Géraud built it in the 12th century. Single nave with barrel vault reinforced by two doubleaux, narrower choir vaulted in the same way, and circular apse internally, covered by a cul-de-four vault, but ending externally in a flat chevet, a device of Provençal origin. In the 14th and 15th centuries, two small chapels were added on each side of the nave. On the portal, only the archivolt cord and the impost band are decorated with interlace and billettes. Inside, the capitals of the small columns of the choir and apse are sculpted.
