Immeuble construit par les architectes Chanet et Liogier, sur cinq étages, de style Art Déco (surfaces lisses, angles cassés, réminiscences antiques simplifiées). Utilisation du béton granulé beige en rez-de-chaussée, peint en crème aux étages. Avant-corps en surplomb au-dessus de l'entrée, avec balcon régnant le long du deuxième étage et portant un oriel montant sur trois niveaux supérieurs. Balconnets à base polygonale au troisième étage. Balcons accostant l'oriel au quatrième étage et formant loggias délimités par des colonnes. Terrasses en retrait au dernier niveau. Ferronneries de la porte et du garde-corps du deuxième étage. Mosaïque en écusson au-dessus de la porte d'entrée. Faïences polychromes sur les allèges des fenêtres du premier étage et des claires-voies de l'oriel. Menuiseries du portail du garage. L'intérieur a conservé son décor avec boîtes aux lettres, revêtements muraux, plafonds et ascenseurs assortis.

Building constructed by the architects Chanet and Liogier, on five storeys, in Art Deco style (smooth surfaces, broken angles, simplified ancient reminiscences). Use of beige granulated concrete on the ground floor, painted cream on the upper storeys. Projecting avant-corps above the entrance, with a balcony extending along the second storey and bearing an oriel rising over three upper storeys. Polygonal-based balconets on the third storey. Balconies flanking the oriel on the fourth storey and forming loggias defined by columns. Set-back terraces on the top level. Ironwork of the door and guard-rail of the second storey. Mosaic escutcheon above the entrance door. Polychrome faience on the spandrels of the windows of the first storey and the open galleries of the oriel. Joinery of the garage portal. The interior has retained its decoration with letterboxes, wall coverings, ceilings and lifts to match.
