Historique
Hubert Colombier, bâtonnier au tribunet de Cusset et propriétaire de la banque de Vichy, fit bâtir de 1897 à 1900 un ensemble de villas formant une voie privée, sablée et fermée par une chaîne. L'ensemble se compose d'une villa principale, la Villa Jurietti, propriété d'Hubert Colombier, et d'autres villas de styles différents, destinées à la location. La villa n°3 offre un pignon à redans et une façade ornée d'une alternance de bandeaux horizontaux de briques et de pierre. Cette villa, très classique dans sa structure, se distingue par la finesse des détails sculptés des encadrements des baies, inspirés du vocabulaire médiéval (petits culots figurés sur lesquels reposent les archivoltes des fenêtres).

History
Hubert Colombier, senior barrister at the tribunal of Cusset and owner of the Vichy bank, had built from 1897 to 1900 a group of villas forming a private lane, gravelled and closed by a chain. The ensemble comprises a main villa, the Villa Jurietti, property of Hubert Colombier, and other villas of different styles, intended for rental. Villa no. 3 offers a stepped gable and a façade ornamented with an alternation of horizontal bands of brick and stone. This villa, very classical in its structure, is distinguished by the fineness of the sculpted details of the window framings, inspired by medieval vocabulary (small sculptured corbels on which rest the archivolts of the windows).
