Historique
La paroisse dépendait du prieuré de Saint-Germain de Salles. En 1796, l'église est vendue comme bien national et utilisée comme bâtiment agricole. L'édifice roman se compose d'une nef à trois travées flanquées de bas-côtés étroits, un transept aux bras saillants, une abside en cul-de-four accostée autrefois de deux absidioles voûtées de même (l'absidiole nord a été supprimée). La voûte de la nef a disparu. Un mur diaphragme sépare nef et bas-côtés du transept qui communique par trois ouvertures surmontées d'arcs brisés soulignés par des impostes. Ce mur diaphragme supporte un clocher -mur percé de deux arcades. Le transept est voûté en berceau. Chaque extrémité des bras est percée d'une baie à intrados trilobé. Présence de peintures murales.

History
The parish was dependent on the priory of Saint-Germain de Salles. In 1796, the church is sold as national property and used as an agricultural building. The Romanesque building comprises a nave of three bays flanked by narrow aisles, a transept with projecting arms, an apse in cul-de-four once accompanied by two absidioles vaulted in the same manner (the north absidiole has been suppressed). The vault of the nave has disappeared. A diaphragm wall separates the nave and aisles from the transept which communicates by three openings surmounted by pointed arches marked by imposts. This diaphragm wall supports a bell tower-wall pierced by two arcades. The transept is vaulted with a barrel vault. Each extremity of the arms is pierced by an opening with trilobed intrados. Presence of wall paintings.
