Edifice bâti sur les plans de l'ingénieur Leclerc, lorsque la ville procéda à la réorganisation de son réseau d'alimentation en eau potable. History
Edifice built on the plans of the engineer Leclerc, when the town proceeded to reorganize its drinking water supply network. It comprises, on the ground floor, three arched bays whose tympana are fitted with a shell for the centre one and icicles for the other two; on the first floor, three bays with armorial sills, the whole crowned with a pediment whose decoration is borrowed from aquatic flora.
