Type du château défensif du 14e siècle, élevé sur plan carré et flanqué de quatre tours à machicoulis, reliées entre elles par des courtines crênelées. Primitivement, le château était hors de l'enceinte de la ville et entouré d'eau. Il est inhabitable depuis le 16e siècle. Sur le mur est, traces de cheminée et de deux baies ogivales. Utilisé comme prison jusqu'au début du 20e siècle.

History
Type of the defensive château of the 14th century, erected on a square plan and flanked by four machicolated towers, connected to one another by crenellated curtain walls. Originally, the château was outside the town's enclosure and surrounded by water. It has been uninhabitable since the 16th century. On the east wall, traces of chimney and two ogival openings. Used as a prison until the early 20th century.
