L'origine de l'occupation du site n'est pas connue. L'édifice actuel s'apparente par son style au gothique du 15e siècle. La construction peut cependant remonter au 16e, avec utilisation d'une structure plus ancienne. En 1840, réparation du clocher. Restauration de l'édifice de 1840 à 1856. L'édifice se compose d'un choeur à chevet plat et d'une nef à deux travées. Une sacristie bâtie en appenti prolonge, au nord, la travée du choeur. Deux chapelles prolongent, au sud, les travées de la nef. La façade occidentale fut visiblement collée à la nef après coup ou reconstruite partiellement.

History
The origins of the occupation of the site are not known. The current building is similar in style to 15th-century Gothic. The construction may however date back to the 16th century, with use of an older structure. In 1840, repair of the bell tower. Restoration of the building from 1840 to 1856. The building consists of a choir with flat chevet and a nave with two bays. A sacristy built as a lean-to extends, on the north, the bay of the choir. Two chapels extend, on the south, the bays of the nave. The western façade was clearly glued to the nave afterwards or partially rebuilt.
