History
This small edifice, representative of small rural heritage, constitutes a characteristic example of this type of construction formerly indispensable to the life of villages. This oven is valued especially for its ethnological interest. Access is by a door framed with ashlar. In the interior, against the walls, basalt slabs serve as preparation tables. The sole of the oven is paved with volcanic lava. The keystone presents a cupola of lava with a diameter of one metre eighty.
