Sur la façade occidentale, la partie supérieure du fronton a été modifiée à l'époque classique. Le clocher et la chapelle latérale sud sont d'époque beaucoup plus récente. L'aspect extérieur est servi par la coloration vive des pierres de taille. L'architecture intérieure, très sobre, est caractéristique de l'architecture auvergnate, en particulier le choeur décoré d'arcatures retombant sur des colonnettes qui est tout à fait typique.

History
Small Romanesque church comprising a single nave of three bays vaulted in barrel vault and an apse in cul de four. On the western façade, the upper part of the pediment was modified in the classical period. The bell tower and the south lateral chapel are of much more recent date. The external aspect is served by the vivid colouring of the dressed stones. The interior architecture, very sober, is characteristic of Auvergnat architecture, in particular the choir decorated with arcatures resting on small columns which is entirely typical.
