Croix du 17e siècle présentant un socle en forme de meule à section légèrement tronconique. Un fût supporte le croisillon par l'intermédiaire d'un tailloir sphérique. Le croisillon est orné d'une gloire et terminé par une sorte de palmette. La croix de Saint-Maurice, avec cette gloire, rappelle les bijoux du Puy, crois d'or ou émaillées. Cette disposition semble rare pour une croix de carrefour.

History
Cross from the 17th century presenting a base in the shape of a millstone with a slightly truncated conical section. A shaft supports the crossarm by means of a spherical abacus. The crossarm is decorated with a glory and terminated by a kind of palmette. The cross of Saint-Maurice, with this glory, recalls the jewels of Le Puy, crosses of gold or enamelled. This arrangement seems rare for a wayside cross.
