Historique
La croix n'est pas antérieure au 18e siècle et remonte même peut-être au début du 19e. Le socle carré représente plus d'un tiers de la hauteur totale. Le fût, légèrement conique, porte le sommet du croisillon. Un chapiteau semi hémisphérique formant liaison entre fût et croisillon, est gravé d'une série continue de palmettes. Le croisillon de section carrée portait, à chacune de ses extrémités, une palmette du même type que celle qui a été replacée récemment au sommet. La liaison des pièces devait se faire par emboîtement. Entre chaque bras du croisillon, une série de trois flammes donne à l'ensemble forme circulaire. Un Christ aux bras étendus et aux jambes droites est représenté en haut relief.

History
The cross is not earlier than the 18th century and may even date from the beginning of the 19th century. The square base represents more than a third of the total height. The shaft, slightly conical, bears the top of the cross-arm. A semi-hemispherical capital forming a link between shaft and cross-arm is carved with a continuous series of palmettes. The cross-arm of square section bore, at each of its ends, a palmette of the same type as that which was recently replaced at the top. The joining of the pieces must have been done by fitting. Between each arm of the cross-arm, a series of three flames gives the whole a circular form. A Christ with outstretched arms and straight legs is represented in high relief.
