Historique
L'édifice, dont la construction primitive doit se situer entre 1159 et 1164, a par la suite été remanié à toutes les époques. La nef remonte au 12e siècle pour une partie et au 14e pour une autre. Les chapelles latérales ont été ajoutées à l'époque gothique. Le clocher, surélevé avec retrait par rapport aux murs primitifs de l'ancienne tour du château, renferme au premier une chapelle seigneuriale du 14e siècle et porte une couverture du 19e siècle chargée d'ornements en zinc. History
The building, whose original construction must be dated between 1159 and 1164, has subsequently been remodelled in all periods. The nave goes back to the 12th century for part of it and to the 14th for another. The church is provided with a single aisle, to the north. The ante-choir and the apse are constructions respectively from the 18th and 19th century. The lateral chapels were added in the Gothic period. The bell tower, raised with a setback from the primitive walls of the old castle tower, contains on the first level a seigneurial chapel from the 14th century and carries a 19th-century roof laden with zinc ornaments. Gothic spire. In the nave, the Romanesque part is decorated with historiated capitals (grimacing heads, crouching man with hands on his knees, angels).
