En 1078, l'église fut donnée au prieur de Sauxilanges. De l'église médiévale ne subsistent que la structure et certains chapiteaux. L'abside et le transept sont de la fin du 11e - 12e siècle. History
In 1078, the church was given to the prior of Sauxilanges. Of the medieval church there remain only the structure and certain capitals. The apse and transept are from the late 11th - 12th century. The first bay can be dated to the 16th century. The primitive state of the building was maintained until 1833. Around 1835, demolition of the gable with its belfry to replace them with the present bell tower. The church presents two bays with barrel vaults and a third under a dome with squinches, a hemicircular apse vaulted with a half-dome vault with an 18th-century glory, chapels forming a transept. A large arch decorated with paintings opens onto the gallery. Baptismal fonts were added in the 19th century.
