Avant 1300, la paroisse de Grèzes dépendait de l'évêché de Mende. A cette date, le prieuré de Grèzes est attaché à l'abbaye de Pébrac. Clocher donjon de plan barlong, portant des traces d'élémens défensifs (meurtrière cruciforme, fenêtres hautes géminées). Portail à bossages et linteau droit du 17e siècle. L'entrée originelle se trouvait au sud, obturée au profit d'une petite fenêtre trèflée. A l'intérieur, l'élévation a été remaniée du côté de l'abside. Chapiteaux à décor végétal ou animal.

History
Before 1300, the parish of Grèzes depended on the bishopric of Mende. At this date, the priory of Grèzes is attached to the abbey of Pébrac. Bell tower of barlong plan, bearing traces of defensive elements (cruciform loophole, high twin windows). Portal with bosses and straight lintel of the 17th century. The original entrance was to the south, blocked in favour of a small trefoil window. Inside, the elevation has been altered on the side of the chevet. Capitals with vegetal or animal decoration.
