Historique
L'entrée de cette maison conserve un tympan caractéristique d'une époque proche de la Renaissance où chacun souhaitait marquer l'entrée de sa maison par un ornement ou un symbole. Le tympan est orné en son milieu d'une niche à arc trilobé. Chaque montant est décoré d'une colonnette engagée reposant sur base prismatique. La petite niche renferme la statuette d'un personnage barbu, drapé dans de longs vêtements, agenouillé et joignant les mains dans une attitude orante. Sous cette niche est sculpté en relief un écu portant une étoile à six branches, un cep de vigne chargé de grappes, et une fleur. De part et d'autre de la niche, ce tympan est percé d'une ouverture circulaire à réseau en étoile à six branches. Le reste de la façade est du 18e siècle.

History
The entrance of this house preserves a tympanum characteristic of a period close to the Renaissance when each person wished to mark the entrance of their house with an ornament or symbol. The tympanum is decorated in its centre with a niche with a three-lobed arch. Each upright is decorated with an engaged colonnette resting on a prismatic base. The small niche contains the statuette of a bearded figure, draped in long garments, kneeling and joining his hands in an orante attitude. Below this niche is sculpted in relief an escutcheon bearing a six-pointed star, a vine branch laden with grapes, and a flower. On either side of the niche, this tympanum is pierced by a circular opening with six-pointed star tracery. The rest of the façade is of the 18th century.
