L'édifice se compose de deux étages, le second étant bâti en léger encorbellement sur le premier. Cet encorbellement est soutenu par des arcatures à redents qui l'ornent sur tout son pourtour. Dans les parties basses en pierre se remarquent de curieuses têtes formant cul-de-lampe. £Cette maison passe pour avoir appartenu à Jean Mazuer, jurisconsul de Riom du 15e siècle.

History
With the exception of the base and the rear wall, house constructed in wood, the only one of this type apparently surviving in Riom. The building comprises two storeys, the second being built in slight corbelling on the first. This corbelling is supported by arcatures with projecting joints which ornament it all around its perimeter. In the lower stone parts are remarked curious heads forming corbel-ends. This house is reputed to have belonged to Jean Mazuer, legal scholar of Riom of the 15th century.
