Historique
Croix élevée au 17e siècle par la famille Duboys, seigneurs de La Pauze. Sur une assise de pierres, un soubassement cylindrique supporte un piédestal en forme de pyramide tronquée dont deux faces sont gravées. La face ouest porte l'année 1628 et est armoriée d'un blason oval dans un cartouche. La face nord porte une dédicace. Sur cet ensemble est scellé le fût monolithe qui se compose d'une base prismatique dont les angles reçoivent les quatre moulures plates de la colonne qui va s'amincissant jusqu'à un bracelet formé de grosses perles rondes servant de point de départ à la croix proprement dite portant, sur la face ouest, le Christ bras étendus horizontalement et jambes légèrement repliées, et sur la face Est une Vierge debout. Les extrémités supérieures et latérales de la croix se terminent par un arc tréflé.

History
Cross erected in the 17th century by the Duboys family, lords of La Pauze. On a base of stones, a cylindrical plinth supports a pedestal in the form of a truncated pyramid of which two faces are engraved. The west face bears the year 1628 and is armoured with an oval escutcheon in a cartouche. The north face bears a dedication. On this ensemble is sealed the monolithic shaft which consists of a prismatic base whose angles receive the four flat mouldings of the column which tapers until a bracelet formed of large round pearls serving as the starting point for the cross properly speaking bearing, on the west face, the Christ with arms extended horizontally and legs slightly bent, and on the east face a standing Virgin. The upper and lateral extremities of the cross terminate in a trefoil arch.
