Renaissance entrance portal characterised by a large shell, bearing the arms of Etienne Pradal, lieutenant general of the bailiwick of Montferrand at the end of the 15th century. The façade on the rue du Séminaire bears traces of alterations which must have consisted in blocking up arcades of the ground floor and a small window.
