Ancien hôtel particulier situé dans le quartier Renaissance, présentant deux campagnes de construction. Au début du 16e siècle, fut élevée la façade sur rue et la tourelle d'escalier. Les deux portes d'entrée devaient dès cette époque correspondre à deux hôtels mitoyens à cheval l'un sur l'autre. Leur style médiéval, du 14e siècle, correspond à la pérennité des formes anciennes qui se retrouve dans les premières décennies du 16e siècle. Au 17e siècle, les bâtiments sur cour furent reconstruits, avec un escalier à loggia. Les intérieurs eurent leurs décors remaniés au 18e siècle et sous l'Empire. Les vantaux de la porte sur rue datent du 19e siècle. Un portail principal (n°21) permet d'accéder à une cour intérieure par un passage couvert. £La façade sud sur rue se compose de deux travées bâties séparément et correspondant aux deux entrées des maisons n°21 et 23. History
Former private mansion situated in the Renaissance quarter, presenting two building campaigns. At the beginning of the 16th century, the façade on the street and the stair turret were built. The two entrance doors should already at that time have corresponded to two adjoining hotels straddling one another. Their medieval style, of the 14th century, corresponds to the permanence of ancient forms that are found in the first decades of the 16th century. In the 17th century, the buildings on the court were rebuilt, with a loggia staircase. The interiors had their decoration reworked in the 18th century and under the Empire. The door leaves on the street date from the 19th century. A main portal (no. 21) permits access to an interior court by a covered passage. The south façade on the street consists of two separately built bays corresponding to the two entrances of houses nos. 21 and 23. No. 23 is served by a stair turret enclosed before the interior court.
