Historique

History
17th-century main dwelling accompanied by a wing of outbuildings of earlier date. The ensemble is protected by a moat. The manor is a rectangular building in schist covered with a slate roof with hipped ends. The central bay of the west façade extends, at roof level, by a square tower. Similarly for the East façade. A body of older building, heavily remodelled, presents important defensive elements (turrets, ditches) which make it one of the examples of small fortified manors, witnesses to the importance of certain seigneuries of the feudal and military organization of the end of the Middle Ages. This building is the cradle of the former family of Thehillac whose seigneury of la Cour held the right of high justice.
