Edifice de plan en croix latine. Trace de raccord entre le massif occidental et le reste de l'édifice. Celui-ci a pu être remanié mais ne semble pas avoir été reconstruit au 19e siècle. Choeur et transept sud polygonaux. Pignon ouest triangulaire, paré d'une porte plein cintre à claireaux appareillés et piedroits harpés. Flèche polygonale à crochets. La fontaine se trouve au sud-est de la chapelle. L'ouvrage présente un mur plat terminé par un pignon traingulaire surmonté d'une croix. Deux murets forment une avancée déterminant une cuve rectangulaire. Ces murs sont ajourés à mi hauteur d'une balustre à quatre pans engagée dans le mur principal.

History
Building of Latin cross plan. Trace of joint between the western mass and the rest of the building. This may have been remodelled but does not appear to have been rebuilt in the 19th century. Choir and south transept polygonal. Triangular west gable, faced with a round arch door with ashlar voussoirs and rusticated jambs. Polygonal spire with crockets. The fountain is found to the south-east of the chapel. The structure presents a flat wall terminated by a triangular gable surmounted by a cross. Two small walls form a projection determining a rectangular basin. These walls are perforated at mid-height by a four-sided baluster engaged in the main wall.
