Bâtiment de service encadrant à l'est, datant du 19e siècle. L'hôtel a appartenu aux marquis de Pontcallec.

Simple architecture enhanced by a cornice with machicolations. On the garden side, the left wing is in slight projection in relief from the alignment. At the south-east corner, turret. On the north façade, on entrance court, same arrangement with wing in projection on west side. Monumental entrance door with four pilasters and a Renaissance niche on each side. Service building framing on the east, dating from the 19th century. The hotel belonged to the marquis of Pontcallec.
