La construction paraît remonter au 15e ou 16e siècle, d'après le style des cheminées. Il semble que la porte d'entrée et la lucarne de l'aile ouest soient des adjonctions postérieures. Les armoiries que portait le blason de cette porte ne sont plus lisibles. Tout autour du manoir s'élevait une enceinte fortifiée dont il subsiste une tour à l'est et un portail ruiné datant de 1620. La petite porte piétonne a été conservée. A l'angle nord de l'enceinte, chapelle en ruine. Le manoir a appartenu à la duchesse d'Elbeuf et aux de Kerangal.

History
The construction appears to date to the 15th or 16th century, judging by the style of the chimneys. It seems that the entrance door and the dormer of the west wing are later additions. The heraldic arms that the coat of arms of this door bore are no longer legible. All around the manor stood a fortified enclosure of which there remains a tower to the east and a ruined gateway dating from 1620. The small pedestrian gate has been preserved. At the north corner of the enclosure, a chapel in ruins. The manor belonged to the Duchess of Elbeuf and to the de Kerangal family.
