Historique
L'existence d'un manoir est attestée à Coëtbo depuis le 15e siècle. Il appartint aux Le Borgne (15e siècle) , aux Avril et aux Gallery (16e siècle) , aux Troussier (début 17e siècle) , et aux de Marnière, qui firent partie du milieu parlementaire rennais jusqu'en 1792. L'édifice actuel serait le résultat d'une reconstruction progressive à partir de 1620. History
The existence of a manor is attested at Coëtbo since the 15th century.
