Cet hôtel constituait un relais important de la route du Mans à Rennes. C'est l'un des rares hôtels en pierre de Vitré antérieur au 17e siècle. Une marque sur la cheminée de l'étage laisse supposer qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel de marchand. History
This hôtel constituted an important relay on the route from Le Mans to Rennes. It is one of the rare stone hôtels in Vitré predating the 17th century. A mark on the fireplace of the storey suggests it was a merchant's hôtel. Inside, a small wood cabinet in overhang above the entrance; spiral staircase in stone with colour contrasts between slate schist and Vitré sandstone.
