Historique
Cette maison date de la fin du 16e siècle, ou du début du 17e siècle. Elle est actuellement non habitée et sert notamment de cellier. La structure est du type à fonctions multiples sur deux étages : au rez-de-chaussée, on trouve, à droite, une salle avec cheminée et armoire murale, à gauche, une étable dont la porte est murée ; à l'étage, on découvre, à droite, une chambre avec cheminée, à gauche, un grenier. L'accès à l'étage se fait par un escalier en vis en granit situé dans l'angle sud-est de la salle. La charpente ancienne est à deux fermes, avec poinçon mouluré. La construction est faite en granit, pierre de taille à lits irréguliers en élévation antérieure, moellons avec chaîne en pierre de taille par ailleurs ; la couverture a été refaite. On note un remaniement : une porte a été ouverte en pignon ouest. Cette construction est de très belle qualité, caractéristique du Coglais.

History
This house dates from the end of the 16th century, or the beginning of the 17th century. It is currently uninhabited and serves notably as a cellar. The structure is of the type with multiple functions over two storeys: on the ground floor, one finds, on the right, a room with fireplace and wall cupboard, on the left, a stable whose door is blocked up; on the storey, one discovers, on the right, a bedroom with fireplace, on the left, a loft. Access to the storey is by a spiral staircase in granite located in the south-east angle of the room. The old roof structure is of two trusses, with moulded principal rafter. The construction is made of granite, ashlar with irregular courses in the front elevation, rubble stone with ashlar quoins otherwise; the roof covering has been remade. There is evidence of alteration: a door was opened in the west gable. This construction is of very fine quality, characteristic of the Coglais.
