Situé à l'emplacement d'un ancien hôtel du 17e siècle, il occupe le fond d'une cour fermée par un grand portail. Il est élevé de deux étages sur rez-de-chaussée et percé de trois baies à chaque étage. Deux petites ailes flanquent la partie centrale. La cour est encadrée de servitudes à arcades. A l'intérieur, des boiseries ornent le salon du rez-de-chaussée et du premier étage. Grand escalier en pierre avec ferronnerie.

History
Hotel built from 1733 by an architect of Rennes, Forestier, based on plans executed in 1729. Situated on the site of a former 17th-century hotel, it occupies the far end of a courtyard closed by a large gateway. It is raised two storeys above ground floor and pierced by three openings on each storey. Two small wings flank the central part. The courtyard is framed by service buildings with arcades. In the interior, wainscoting adorns the salon on the ground floor and first storey. Grand stone staircase with ironwork.
