History
Of the old 15th-century manor only a turret remains. The present château was built in the 18th century. Important work was undertaken during this century, including the construction of the chapel (blessed in 1769) and the adjoining wing. The central door of the eastern façade is dated 1760. The whole comprises a central building of four bays, flanked by two projecting pavilions, and two lateral wings of the 18th century forming, by their projection, a court of honour. Inside, the library woodwork comes from the hôtel Julien, rue Vivienne in Paris.
