Situé aux environs de Tréguier, le manoir-porche de Kerandraou (ou la Villebasse) est l'un des plus anciens manoirs ruraux des Côtes d'Armor et serait du 14e siècle. Le corps de logis, de plan rectangulaire, percé d'une porte charretière et d'une porte piétonne, est flanqué à la façade sud-ouest d'une tour contenant un escalier en pierre à vis. Au-dessus du porche, au premier étage, se trouve la chapelle. Le colombier s'élève au sud du manoir qui appartenait à la famille de Cornulier au 18e siècle.

History
Located near Tréguier, the porch manor of Kerandraou (or la Villebasse) is one of the oldest rural manors of Côtes d'Armor and is believed to date from the 14th century. The dwelling block, of rectangular plan, pierced with a carriage gateway and a pedestrian door, is flanked on the south-west façade by a tower containing a spiral stone staircase. Above the porch, on the first floor, is the chapel. The dovecot stands to the south of the manor which belonged to the Cornulier family in the 18th century.
