History
Lordship mentioned from the 11th century. The present château was built in 1840. The main dwelling is a rectangular-plan building on two storeys, plus roof space. On the ground floor, the grand entrance hall and the grand staircase serve the reception rooms (dining room, library, grand salon), and a bedroom on the first floor. The second floor comprises bedrooms. To the north-west are located the outbuildings. To the north-east is found the chapel, rebuilt in 1854. This château is one of the great neo-classical buildings preserved in Brittany.
