Historique
Selon certains détails intérieurs, cette chapelle en granit pourrait dater du milieu du 16e siècle et aurait été agrandie au 18e siècle par la construction d'une abside nouvelle. Avant cette transformation, la chapelle était rectangulaire. La tradition locale veut qu'une hutte occupât autrefois l'emplacement actuel de l'abside. La voûte du portail est ogivale. Elle est surmontée d'un arc en accolade que termine une croix en relief. De chaque côté de cette croix, se trouve une tête d'ange. La façade est surmontée d'un petit clocher à flèche auquel on accède par deux escaliers de pierre extérieurs. A l'intérieur, restes d'un ancien jubé en bois occupant toute la largeur de la nef. Autrefois, il devait partager la chapelle en deux parties. Ses deux faces s'ornent de peintures. Quatre colonnes de bois cannelées, au chapiteau composite, devaient autrefois supporter le jubé.

History
According to certain interior details, this granite chapel could date from the middle of the 16th century and would have been enlarged in the 18th century by the construction of a new apse. Before this transformation, the chapel was rectangular. Local tradition holds that a hut once occupied the present site of the apse. The vault of the portal is pointed. It is surmounted by an arch in accolade that terminates in a cross in relief. On each side of this cross is found an angel's head. The façade is surmounted by a small bell tower with spire which is accessed by two external stone staircases. In the interior, remains of an old wooden rood screen occupying the full width of the nave. Formerly, it must have divided the chapel into two parts. Its two faces are adorned with paintings. Four fluted wooden columns, with composite capitals, must have formerly supported the rood screen.
