Historique
La chapelle fut fondée par les seigneurs du Cleuziou. En 1458, le pape accorda une bulle d'indulgence en faveur de cette chapelle dans laquelle se produisaient de nombreux miracles. Elle fut reconstruite au 16e siècle, puis au 17e siècle. C'est un édifice rectangulaire conservant du 17e siècle le porche surmonté de la sacristie et le clocher, le reste datant du 19e siècle. Le porche avec étage est collé au mur pignon avec escalier circulaire dans sa tour. Sur la partie contenant les cloches, le mur pignon s'amortit par des consoles arasées et renversées, pour se terminer par un prisme rectangulaire soutenant la croix. La tour d'escalier cylindrique couverte en dôme, est prise dans la maçonnerie. Les cadres des portes et fenêtres sont en pierre avec arc de décharge trilobé et ajouré sur les linteaux et avec une accolade dans un cadre aux fenêtres.

History
The chapel was founded by the lords of Cleuziou. In 1458, the Pope granted a bull of indulgence in favour of this chapel in which many miracles occurred. It was rebuilt in the 16th century, then in the 17th century. It is a rectangular building preserving from the 17th century the porch surmounted by the sacristy and the bell tower, the rest dating from the 19th century. The porch with storey is attached to the gable wall with a circular staircase in its tower. On the part containing the bells, the gable wall is diminished by blunt and inverted consoles, to end with a rectangular prism supporting the cross. The cylindrical staircase tower covered with a dome is embedded in the masonry. The frames of the doors and windows are in stone with a trilobed and openwork relieving arch on the lintels and with a pointed arch in a frame at the windows.
