Les deux édifices (hôtel de Kerroc'h et la maison voisine) ont été construits par Corouge Kersaux en 1793, dans le style des armateurs et corsaires malouins. History
The two buildings (Kerroc'h Hotel and the neighbouring house) were built by Corouge Kersaux in 1793, in the style of armateurs and privateers of Saint-Malo. These houses have three storeys, the last in the roof lit by oculi dormer windows of oval form. The tall openings present a salient frame. The most important keystones rise and join the horizontal bands which are emphasised along the façade at floor level. At the party wall and at the extremities, large chains with horizontal joints frame the whole. The chimneys are grouped in a bundle. The gable indicates openings that were blocked because these constructions were intended to be adjoined to others not realised.
