Hôtel particulier construit en bordure du parc Monceau de 1911 à 1914 par l'architecte René Sergent pour Nissim de Camondo, amateur d'arts décoratifs du 18e siècle. L'édifice, dont le style s'inspire du Petit Trianon, est conçu pour accueillir les collections de Moïse de Camondo et de son fils Nissim. L'hôtel et les collections sont légués à l'Etat en 1935, en mémoire de Nissim de Camondo, tué pendant la Première Guerre mondiale.

History
Private mansion built on the edge of parc Monceau from 1911 to 1914 by architect René Sergent for Nissim de Camondo, amateur of 18th-century decorative arts. The building, whose style is inspired by the Petit Trianon, was designed to house the collections of Moïse de Camondo and his son Nissim. The hôtel and the collections were bequeathed to the State in 1935, in memory of Nissim de Camondo, killed during the First World War.
