Construit en 1736, 1737 pour la marquise de Feuquière. Intervention de Charles BOSCRY et du sculpteur Nicolas PINEAU. Occupé : à partir de 1764, par les La Rochefoucauld-Liancourt, au 19e siècle par la famille Calmann-Lévy, au début du 20e siècle par les Montalivet jusqu'en 1947. Acquis par l'Etat en 1947.
