Bouvier, qui réalise un décor fortement inspiré par l'Art Nouveau, avec des panneaux de pâte de verre signé du décorateur Louis Trézel, de Levallois-Perret (92). Longtemps à l'abandon, le restaurant a été entièrement réhabilité en 1996 pour des brasseurs belges. Les boiseries ont pris une couleur vert Java et l'établissement a pris le nom de "Bouillon Racine".

History
Restaurant of the "bouillon" type belonging in 1905 to the Chartier family. In 1907, Camille Chartier had the restaurant fitted out by architect J.-M. Bouvier, who created a décor strongly inspired by Art Nouveau, with paste glass panels signed by decorator Louis Trézel, of Levallois-Perret (92). Long abandoned, the restaurant was completely rehabilitated in 1996 for Belgian brewers. The woodwork took on a Java green colour and the establishment took the name "Bouillon Racine".
