Maison construite en 1926 par l'architecte Adolf Loos pour l'écrivain Tristan Tzara et sa femme, le peintre Greta Knutson. Unique réalisation française de ce célèbre architecte autrichien, la maison se présente comme un simple volume parallélépipédique qui tire parti de la dénivellation du terrain. L'entrée du garage est intégrée au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur l'avenue. De la décoration intérieure ne subsiste que la cheminée de la salle de séjour.

History
House built in 1926 by the architect Adolf Loos for the writer Tristan Tzara and his wife, the painter Greta Knutson. The only French achievement by this celebrated Austrian architect, the house presents itself as a simple rectangular volume which takes advantage of the slope of the terrain. The entrance to the garage is integrated into the ground floor opening onto the avenue. Of the interior decoration, only the fireplace in the living room survives.
