History
A set of twenty workshops with dwellings organized as duplexes, constructed in reinforced concrete by the architect André Arfvidson in 1911. The façade on rue Campagne-Première (awarded a prize in the City of Paris façade competition in 1911) is covered with flamed stoneware tilework carried out by the ceramicist Alexandre Bigot.
