Historique
Hôtel édifié par Chalgrin et Gabriel pour le comte de Saint-Florentin entre 1767 et 1769. Talleyrand acquit l'hôtel en 1813 et y vécut jusqu'à sa mort en 1838. Le plafond de l'escalier d'honneur a été réalisé par le peintre Jean-Simon Barthélémy en 1769.

History
Hôtel erected by Chalgrin and Gabriel for the count of Saint-Florentin between 1767 and 1769. Talleyrand acquired the hôtel in 1813 and lived there until his death in 1838. The ceiling of the grand staircase was executed by the painter Jean-Simon Barthélémy in 1769.
