L'immeuble est d'un style courant mais de bonne qualité ; il date de l'époque Louis-Philippe. Un des deux établissements commerciaux occupant le rez-de-chaussée a conservé son décor exécuté en 1913. Le débit de boissons s'installe à l'enseigne des Deux Saules Café Bières. Son décor intérieur est d'une grande qualité. Il évoque grâce à deux compositions en carreaux céramiques la vue du marché des Halles centrales autour de l'église Saint-Eustache, et par là même devient une évocation historique et pittoresque des plus intéressantes. La façade protégée par une marquise en fer et verre est agrémentée par deux bandeaux textes et deux panneaux textes et fleurs d'inspiration Modern style (dorures et peintures fixées sous verre). A l'intérieur, les deux murs sont entièrement recouverts de carreaux céramiques. Les compositions sont signées D.V.P. Sarreguemines, 28, rue de Paradis, Paris, E. Ringuet et Fils, installateurs, Paris. Les deux scènes principales composées par une série de carreaux sont entourées de motifs floraux et d'oiseaux. History
The building is of a common style but good quality; it dates from the Louis-Philippe period.
