Building constructed in dressed stone according to a project by the Parisian architect Eudoxe Grégoriady. The main façade comprises a substantial avant-corps which terminates in a gable richly adorned with vegetal elements. The wrought-iron grille takes up the same undulating forms characteristic of Art Nouveau.
