Hôtel de style Art Nouveau construit pour son usage, en 1904, par l'architecte Auguste Brion. En 1908, il est agrandi d'une véranda métallique vitrée (actuellement déposée). La façade est assez traditionnelle, actualisée par les inflexions sinueuses des lignes architecturales. La grille de clôture est en forme d'ailes de libellules. Transformé en 1929 en pension de famille dénommée Hôtel Marguerite.

History
Art Nouveau style hotel built for his own use in 1904 by architect Auguste Brion. In 1908, it was enlarged with a metal glazed veranda (currently removed). The façade is fairly traditional, updated by the sinuous inflections of the architectural lines. The enclosure gate is shaped like dragonfly wings. Transformed in 1929 into a boarding house called Hôtel Marguerite.
